Our tuition assistance program is a vital part of our mission to ensure that all who wish to pursue dance can do so. When determining eligibility for assistance, we consider household income, household size, and any extenuating circumstances.
While we cannot guarantee that every application for tuition assistance will be approved, we strongly encourage you to apply if you or your family members need support.
A few guidelines for the application process:
Income Verification: Please submit all relevant income documentation to: info@porttownsendballet.com
Comprehensive Reporting: Ensure you account for all relevant forms of income and/or subsidies within your household.
Complete Applications: Incomplete applications or those lacking necessary documentation will not be accepted.
Review: Double-check your application before submission. Port Townsend Ballet reserves the right to cancel any registration appointment if the tuition assistance application is incomplete or missing the required documentation.
Assistance Limits: Typically, we do not assist with more than one individual lesson per student; exceptions require prior approval from the Executive Director.
