RENT OUR SPACE for your rehearsal

Our studio is equipt with marley flooring, mirrors, movable barres, wifi, a bathroom, & speakers accessible via Bluetooth

  • Studio A: 16x16

  • Non-profit Rehearsal Rate: starting at $20 per hour

  • Standard Rate: starting at $30 per hour

  • Class Rate: starting at $50 per hour

  • Payment for rentals of less than 6 consecutive hours is due at the time of booking via XXXXX

    Rentals of less than 6 hours will only be refunded if canceled 48 hours in advance.

    If the rental is canceled within 48 hours, the renter will receive a rental credit and may use the hours at another time, subject to availability.

  • Your booking is not complete until a $150 damage deposit, submitted to XXX via XXX

    Your damage deposit is fully refundable if the studio is left the same way it was offered: clean, and free from damage.

    In the event of an incident, we will need to file a report with your insurer and use your deposit towards repairs. cleaning supplies, &/or replacing equipment.

  • Please enter around the BACK where the rocky pathway, not the converse lead to a non-windowed door.

    When exiting. shut off the lights, and TEST ALL DOORS to ensure they are locked.
