Executive Director

Founder of Port Townsend Ballet in 2019

Trained with Northern California Ballet, Boston Ballet, Walnut Hill, San Francisco Ballet, & under Suzanne Farrell directly

Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Gerontology from the University of San Francisco

Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University, Oregon

Artistic Director

Became passionate about ballet as a pre-teen under the direction of Ms.Virginia Niekrasz-Laurent

Danced with The Juilliard School, Cornish College of the Arts, and University of Washington, and professionally with mostly small companies on the West Coast and overseas

Earned a Master's in Architecture from UW Seattle in 2011 and moved to Port Townsend to start a family

Owns a residential design business and is delighted to teach at Port Townsend Ballet

Studies and performs locally with Bill Evans when she gets the chance

Performed professionally with Bay Pointe Ballet, Santa Clara Ballet, Peninsula Ballet Theatre, and Columbia Classical Ballet in South Carolina.

Former competition coach & Choreography Comp Workshop Instructor

Licensed Massage Therapist

Accompanist at Grace Lutheran Church and for a Port Townsend Children’s Choir.

Operates Moonflower Music Studio, offering piano lessons to the growing musician in a warm, creative atmosphere.

Provides piano accompaniment for theater productions, live music for meaningful events, and collaborative creative projects.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Horticulture from the University of Washington and an Associate of Arts from Seattle Central Community College.
